Our Pastor

Dr. Tonya S. Hall is an internationally renowned prophet, teacher, pastor, and conference speaker who demonstrates the power and discernment of the Holy Spirit through the dynamic prophetic mantle of her life. She surrendered her life to the Lord at the age of fourteen. 

 

Her ministry background includes being Director of Children & Youth ministry programs, Executive Director of Juanita Bynum Ministries International, and Chancellor of Life Empowerment Institute. 

 

She has spoken on international stages across the world as a keynote conference speaker and empowerment coach and she is the author of D.E.W. You: How To See Yourself For Real.

 

Dr. Hall believes her greatest accomplishments are being a good mother, friend, mentor, kingdom life coach, and a well-balanced servant of God.

 

Affectionately known as “Pastor T”, Dr. Hall holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia Southern University and a Doctorate Degree in Prophetic Studies from Kingdom Truth University. She serves under the oversight of her parents, Bishop James and Dr. Johnnie M. Swinson, as the Lead Pastor of Victory Way Christian Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
